Through my work as a celebrant, I will process personal data and/or special category data as defined in UK data protection legislation. This processing will be either on my own behalf or on behalf of my clients. The data is processed as part of contracted services and/or my admin.

Confidentiality is of huge importance to me. Data may be processed on paper and/or in electronic formats. When processed electronically, data will either be held on a cloud-based system and/or on a local server. Whichever way data is held, all feasible security measures are in place. Data is held as long as it is relevant to the purpose it was initially gathered for and/or if there is a statuary retention period. All data is destroyed by secure means when it is no longer needed.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of my contracted services and/or if I am required by law to do so. I cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside my remit.

As part of my compliance, I have conducted a cookie audit on my website. Cookies are internet files used by the system to view websites and their content. I utilise analytical cookies to help me monitor and develop the site.
